Member’s access to business tools

Once you’ve signed up and logged in as a business member you’ll have access to a range of business support functions. These include signposting to business events and organisations, plus information and news, as well as a range of E-Tools that you can download, free of charge, for use in your business.

The E-TOOLS currently on offer are outlined below and we will be adding more in due course.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The purpose of this tool is to enable your business to better serve its customers through the introduction of reliable processes and procedures for interacting with them.

We will offer Sugar CRM solutions, configured and ready to go for your company – just one simple click will install and set everything up.

Project Management Workflow

Increasingly, there is a requirement for project working between firms working in consortia, for contractors working with permanent staff and for staff working in different locations.

Collaborative Work Systems (CWS) provides a secure online environment for joint working. This includes an area where documents can be deposited and accessed by all the team, as well as for joint working on documents in real time and for shared application resources.

The software provided is bespoke open source software configured and ready to use as a web based application. This service would typically require 15-20 days configuration work.
