The Hoxton Pony is a re-conceiving of East London heritage. Taking the history of buying seasonal fresh food locally from markets and bringing it to the environmentally aware context of the 21st century.

Our world respected bartenders will be creating seasonal cocktail menus with sustainable and organic ingredients sourced from the UK. This means that one can expect to sip drinks infused with tart rhubarb in April, delicious loganberries in July to pears and quince in October. This ethos extends way beyond our cocktail menu, with no bottled water being sold on site, local brewed beers on draught and a multitude of other ecologically friendly initiatives included in the essence of the bar. This also means that our music policy embraces all the best elements of the UK, from ska to soul and electronic to pop.
