There is this amazing event which started at Strongroom 4 years ago called "Night Of The Long Swords" - it now runs in El Paso's gloriously dingy basement bar every 2nd Saturday in the month - it's free entry and they always have a live band worth watching - check this next one out!

I have been coming to El Paso for the last two and a half years, it is somewhere that you I can come and have a relaxing drink or go for a dance in the downstairs basement bar at the weekends. I recently went to a very funny womens only comedy night. El paso serves mexican food till very late which is always good. I always feel at home in El Paso.
