Camefix is an innovative approach to a making decorative art glass panels and light sculptures for screens, windows and doors. Its glass panels glow and sparkle with the colours and hues of the rainbow, changing subtly with the seasons and time of day. It throws splashes of coloured light and rainbows into the room. I can engrave text and designs which show in white only when you look carefully, or use black paint so the image is obvious. It gives your room a lovely sense of warmth and opulence. It can enhance the most mundane view, but still let the sunshine in.

Traditional leaded lights are glass panels held together in a lead framework, soldered, and sealed using lead-based putty, Lead dusts into lead oxide, making it hard to clean. We are concerned that using leaded lights means lead dust is being introduced into the home.
CAMEFIX uses long-life plastics and adhesives, making a strong, light framework, which won’t distort or oxidise over time. CAMEFIX units can be used to make sun-catchers or can be sealed into double glazed or secondary glazed units, which are ideal for thermal insulation. They are easy to clean.
The lightweight nature of Camefix coupled with the sealed units allows for designs to be more innovative than is possible with traditional leaded lights.
I would be delighted to receive commissions for glass panels from anyone in London or nearby. As a guideline to price, bigger pieces and complicated pieces which require more work will be more expensive. I use water glass and cathedral glass, but there are other sorts of glass which are much more expensive-for example, pink glass is made from gold.
