Pack up your picnic, leave your pets at home and head down to Shoreditch Park on Saturday 23 August.

There you’ll be able to soak a wonderful, free performance from the legendary Philharmonic Orchestra as they perform Proms in the Park.

Highlights will include The Blue Danube, Nessun Dorma and Ravel’s Bolero.

The show finishes with an awe-inspiring fireworks display to stir your soul (but terrify your pets, which is why we suggest leaving them indoors).

The event is billed as ‘under the stars’ and this means no formal seating and a show that will go on whatever the weather. So wrap up warm, bring blankets, picnic baskets an umbrella, just in case, and enjoy the show.

Picnic area is open at 6pm, show starts at 7pm.
